Our mobile applications may request the following permissions:

• Tracking (App Tracking Transparency): In apps that show ads, to show more relevant ads (optional; you can refuse and still use the app)

Note: All permissions are optional except internet access, which is required for the app to function.

2.3 Data Stored Only on Your Device

Some of our apps and games (for example Șeptică) do not require an account. Your player name, game progress, in-game coins, purchased items and settings are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers. Deleting the app deletes this data.

3. Advertising

Some of our free apps and games (for example Șeptică) show ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process:

• the device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), only if you allow it
• approximate location derived from your IP address
• information about the ads you see and interact with
• diagnostic data such as crash and performance information

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalised ads are shown. On iOS, the app also asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you refuse, you will only see non-personalised ads. You can change your ad consent at any time from the app's settings ("Ad privacy" / "Confidențialitate reclame").

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases inside our apps (such as coin packs or premium upgrades) are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive or store your payment card details. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made, so we can deliver the purchased content and let you restore it on your other devices.

5. Online Play (Game Center)

Online multiplayer, leaderboards and tournaments in our iOS games use Apple Game Center. Your Game Center nickname and scores are shared with other players through Apple's service, under Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive your Apple ID, email address or other account details.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To gather analysis or valuable information to improve our services
• To monitor the usage of our services
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues

We use Firebase and other secure cloud services to store your data. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocols and stored securely in accordance with industry best practices.
